PCF Garners Nod from Investor's Business Daily

By: E&P Staff Investor's Business Daily honored Publishers Circulation Fulfillment (PCF) as its 2007 National Partner of the Year.

PCF handles 35% of the Investor's Business Daily's circulation.

"PCF offers a unique approach to an old problem," Doug Fuller, vice president of circulation at Investor's Business Daily, said in a statement. "They understand that they serve two important customers: the publisher and the subscribers. On occasion this approach creates a contrast in accountability. When an address or routing information is invalid, they are quick to correct and resolve this issue. Even if that means telling the publisher that their data is wrong.

Fuller continued: "Also, they take subscriber satisfaction to a higher degree, honoring special delivery requests and providing follow up confirmation. They are experts in their geographic areas and provide correspondence 24 hours a day."
