By: E&P Staff Ten finalists have been named in Snoopy.com's Halloween
contest. Each will receive $100 worth of "Peanuts" merchandise.
The essay contest -- which marks this fall's 40th anniversary of the TV special "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" -- asked people to submit their "Worst Halloween Ever" stories. Hundreds of people entered.
A grand-prize winner will be announced in October, and receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center in Santa Rosa, Calif.
