The Erik Wemple Blog, the Huffington Post, the Washington Free Beacon, the Daily Caller — in recent weeks, they’ve all highlighted personnel turmoil at Politico, along with a dash of consternation about the ever-evolving strategy of the eight-year-old outlet, which is now under the leadership of Editor Susan Glasser.

The attention seems to have gotten to Politico CEO Jim VandeHei, who just issued an interesting memo to staff about recent events.
