Presteligence Enhances Adinfinitum Advertising Portal

By: E&P Staff Presteligence, North Canton, Ohio, has enhanced the Adinfinitum advertising portal that allows advertisers to opt in to paperless statements via the Adinfinitum Web site.

Presteligence creates a separate invoice PDF file for all accounts requiring/requesting mailed statements, then delivers the file to the publisher for review, printing and distribution.

Publishers can implement paperless statements in any way they choose -- letting advertisers opt in for paperless statements or forcing the opt-in, which requires accounts to opt out of the service in order to receive mailed statements.

Paperless billing offers organization, less clutter, and easy viewing of current and archived statements. Advertisers receive e-mail notification when new statements become available in Adinfinitum. With the one-click e-invoice viewer, they see a replica of the printed statement alongside all tearsheets billed to that statement for efficient reconciliation of billed items.

Some publishers have moved beyond monthly advertising statements. The Oregonian, in Portland, uses Adinfinitum for memo billing, while The Waco (Texas) Tribune-Herald promotes e-billing for its carrier statements.
