By: E&P Staff Presteligence of North Canton, Ohio, announced that The Spokesman-Review, Spokane, Wash., and The Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, Miss., have subscribed to its adinfinitum hosted service for online electronic tearsheets.
Gannett Co.'s Clarion-Ledger already has implemented the service, which it has integrated with its Genesys billing system to provide clients with online invoice delivery. Integration of adinfinitum at The Spokesman-Review gives customers the benefits of storing e-tearsheets linked with associated billing information in one location -- available for use as soon as the paper is published and the invoice generated. E-mail notifies a customer of its ad via a secure Web environment. The service also permits account executives and advertisers to check ads and the invoice for each month online.
Also, The Globe and Mail of Toronto bought the company's software, bringing in house the ability to provide e-tearsheet and invoice delivery to clients directly from its publishing site.
Other Presteligence products offer ad archiving, Internet proofing, centralized ad submission, classified ad submission and an ad-services module -- all offered either for local installation or as hosted services.
