Publisher Moves Up New Book on Hillary By 'NYT' Reporters

By: E&P Staff Last week word suddenly emerged that Carl Bernstein's long-awaited biography of Hillary Clinton would appear, in a surpise, on June 19. This would handily beat a long-scheduled bio by New York Times reporters Jeff Gerth and Don Van Natta Jr.

Not anymore.

Little, Brown & Company has now moved up from late-August to June 19 the publication of the Times' reporters' ?Her Way: The Hopes and Ambitions of Hillary Rodham Clinton." This matches the arrival of Bernstein's Knopf book, ?A Woman in Charge: The Life of Hillary Rodham Clinton." Will Knopf now act again?

The Gerth-Van Natta book is still listed with an August 28 release date at amazon.com. The description for the book includes the following:
