Pulitzer Declares Dividend

By: E&P Staff Pulitzer Inc. this morning declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share on its common stock and Class B common stock, payable on May 3 to stockholders of record on April 22.

Pulitzer, publisher of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and 77 other papers, also announced its 2004 annual meeting will be held Tuesday, April 27, at 10 a.m. in St. Louis. The stockholder meeting will be Webcast in listen-only mode and available on its Web site, www.pulitzerinc.com.

The company will announce its first-quarter 2004 earnings Friday, April 16.
