What do we need in order to push forward leadership from women at news organizations? Courage. Courage, persistence, and a calm sense of expectation.

There is nothing whatsoever left to discuss in the matter. All the issues have been thoroughly discussed in the last 50 years. We know that many of us need flexibility at a certain moment of our careers.
