Quad/Graphics Receives Court Approval To Acquire Vertis

SUSSEX, WI/BALTIMORE—Dec. 6, 2012—Quad/Graphics, Inc. and Vertis Holdings, Inc. (“Vertis”) jointly announced today that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved the companies’ proposed sale agreement, clearing the way for the sale to close. The companies are in the final stages of integration planning and expect to close the transaction in January.
