QuadTech Outlines Performance Guarantee Arrangement

Press controls manufacturer QuadTech, Sussex, Wis., now offers a Performance Proven Guarantee to minimize equipment-acquisition risk by underwriting benefits offered by the products in a formal agreement that specifies expected performance improvements from a QuadTech system.

The guarantee requires assessment of a customer's operations, press configuration, business objectives and expected returns on investment. Based on these, QuadTech forecasts improvements from an installation and plans specific targets.

The guarantee takes effect if a customer agrees to the assessment and buys the equipment. Technical support staff then monitors performance, providing round-the-clock remote diagnostics to deal quickly with problems that may arise. If performance goals are not met, the equipment is removed and equipment costs are refunded.
