Randy Kozerski New Editor, Publisher of Hawaii's 'Garden Island'

Randy Kozerski has been appointed publisher and editor of The Garden Island newspaper in Lihue, Hawaii, and president of Kauai Publishing Co. He is promoted from controller. Kozerski succeeds Mark Lewis, who left to become publisher of The Journal Times in Racine, Wis.
