REAL CITIES PUTS CONTENT ON AT&T WIRELESS NETWORK

The Real Cities Network, powered by KnightRidder.com, has agreed to provide AT&T
Wireless with local news, sports, and entertainment channels.

AT&T Digital PocketNet users will have access in eight of the 15 cities
mentioned in the agreement. Real Cities sites that offer the AT&T service
include BayArea.com, NYDailyNews.com, Philly.com, Miami.com, TwinCities.com,
Charlotte.com, NWSource.com, and InsideDenver.com. The seven remaining markets
will be added in late spring.

In a separate announcement, KnightRidder.com also announced that Airflash Inc.
of Saratoga, Calif., will work with Real Cities to develop its mobile channels
for WAP handsets and other wireless devices. AirFlash will also work on
developing applications for the AT&T Digital PocketNet service.

AirFlash, a privately held company, has been around since 1998 working on
products for location-based wireless services, including its SmartZone platform
and applications.
