REAL MEDIA NAMES NEIMETH PREZ, CEO

Christopher D. Neimeth, senior vice president for business development and strategic planning at Times Co. Digital, was named president and CEO of Real Media yesterday. Neimeth replaces Dave Morgan, who becomes chairman of the New York-based online advertising company.

Before becoming a senior v.p. at Times Co. Digital, Neimeth, 30, served as group vice president of The New York Times Electronic Media Co., which was replaced by Times Co. Digital this year.

Before joining The New York Times Co. in 1995, Neimeth founded Grey Interactive, a New York creative firm.

Real Media's Open AdStream software is used by over 5,000 Web sites, including the sites of many major newspapers. The company also sells advertising for an online network of 1,000 Web sites.
