Rebecca Baldwin Named GM of Tribune Media's Zap2it

By: E&P Staff Tribune Media Services (TMS) has named Rebecca Baldwin general manager of the Zap2it entertainment Web site network.

She'll oversee Zap2it.com and its distribution on a network of more than 400 affiliate sites that carry Zap2it's TV listings, movie listings, and entertainment coverage.

Baldwin, who joined TMS in 2005 as Zap2it's editoral director, has also been director of product development at Tribune Interactive. And she led the launch of the Chicago Tribune's Metromix.com entertainment site after serving as that newspaper's arts and entertainment editor.

The North Carolina native holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and journalism degrees from the University of Florida and the University of Southern Mississippi.
