Retired King Production Exec Frank Chillino Dies at 86

By: E&P Staff Frank Chillino, who spent about 45 years as comic art production supervisor at King Features Syndicate, died April 9 at the age of 86.

The Englewood Cliffs, N.J., resident retired from King in 1990.

Chillino supervised production for "Beetle Bailey," "Blondie," "Hagar the Horrible," "Prince Valiant," "Steve Canyon," and numerous other King comics.
