Rick Dunham has been named the Washington, D.C., Bureau Chief of the Houston Chronicle, the paper announced today.
Dunham, a veteran journalist, comes to the paper from Business Week magazine, where he served as a senior writer covering Washington politics and policy. Prior to joining Business Week in 1992, Dunham was a national political reporter for the Dallas Times Herald.
In addition to his work as a reporter, Dunham is also active in the journalism industry at large; he has served as president of the National Press Club and chairman of The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press
