Robert W. Decherd is bolstering his ownership stake in The Dallas Morning News’ parent company, buying $3.34 million in shares from his cousin and former CEO Jim Moroney III.
Decherd now controls 49.6% of the voting power in A. H. Belo Corporation’s two classes of shares, according to a regulatory filing late Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
