Rome News-Tribune Publisher Otis Raybon’s blood runs newsprint black. He’s been involved in the newspaper business for more than 50 years, however his tenure at the Rome News-Tribune will come to an end one week from today.
Raybon has resigned his post as publisher of the newspaper effective Aug. 30.
