SAXoTECH, INFINET SIGN MARKETING AGREEMENT

SAXoTECH, a Scandinavian content management provider, has signed
a sales and marketing agreement with InfiNet, the online services
provider based in Norfolk, Va.

InfiNet will offer SAXoTECH's Web publishing system to its
customers in the newspaper industry. In return, SAXoTECH will
offer InfiNet's application hosting and support services to its
existing customers.

SAXoTECH's Web publishing system, Publicus, is used at
toledoblade.com, goerie.com, reno.com, and njlnews.com. The
company hopes to expand in the U.S.
