The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the CEO position at Wick Communications will possess a proven track record of leading organizations through periods of growth and change. This individual will have at least five years of top management experience in the communications industry or related industries. A solid foundation in corporate finance and a demonstrated ability to generate new revenue streams are essential.

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership by working with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team to establish long- and short-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Specific responsibilities include:

The CEO may also represent the company at public functions and industry associations, further enhancing the company's visibility and influence.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of top management experience in the communications industry. While general newspaper knowledge is essential, career-long newspaper experience is secondary to leadership experience, foresight, and new revenue development capabilities. Experience in building non-traditional revenue streams from digital and event revenues is highly beneficial. The candidate should also have a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, including financial reporting, forecasting, and bank compliance.
