By: Mark Fitzgerald PBS's "Nightly Business Report" will feature Shaw Newspapers tonight as part of its ongoing "All In The Family" series about family-owned and operated businesses.
In a schedule note, PBS said the "Nightly Business Report" will describe how the Dixon, Ill.-based chain, "one of the nation's oldest family owned newspaper groups, thrives in these challenging times."
Correspondent Diane Eastabrook reports on Shaw, whose holdings include the Northwest Herald in the Chicago suburb of Crystal Lake, Ill., and the Newton (Iowa) Daily News.
