Smith joins a growing group of editorial cartoonists going multi-hued in all or some of their work. Among those doing this are Lalo Alcaraz, Nick Anderson, Clay Bennett, Randy Bish, Chip Bok, Daryl Cagle, Bill Day, Bob Englehart, Steve Greenberg, Vic Harville, Milt Priggee, Marshall Ramsey, Ann Telnaes, Mike Thompson, Corky Trinidad, Gary Varvel, and Larry Wright.
