By: E&P Staff Suburban Newspapers of America (SNA) is restructuring its management. As a result of the shuffle, Al Cupo has been named vice president of operations. In his new role, Cupo will manage the day-to-day business of SNA. He was formerly the organization's vice president of sales and marketing.
"Membership has increased by double digits every year since Al took over and exhibit/sponsor sales at SNA conferences have also increased dramatically," Nancy Lane, president of SNA, said in a statement. "SNA will continue to lead the way for our members with new and innovative programming and member services."
SNA also added three new positions to its staff. Sharon Hill will join as sales and marketing manager. Hill recently worked for Classified Intelligence as a senior writer and analyst. Two new positions were created, one to handle conference and event programming and one as a part-time sales job for the Suburban Classified Advertising Network.
