By: E&P Staff The St. Petersburg Times promoted Richard Reeves, 55, to vice president for advertising and marketing and Moya Neville, 43, to director of advertising.
Reeves was previously advertising director and Neville was formerly display advertising manager.
In his new position, Reeves will oversee the advertising and marketing departments and the paper's market research unit. He will continue to serve as director of Times Publishing Co. and will lead the search to fill the position of marketing director. The former Marketing Director, Ed Cassidy, left the company.
Neville will head up the advertising team.
