'St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times' Appoints Three New Managers

By: E&P Staff The St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times has appointed three new managers in circulation and in marketing.

Linda Wallingford-Quarles has been named deputy circulation director of consumer marketing, sales and customer relationships. She most recently served as sales development manager for the Plain Dealer Publishing Co. in Cleveland.

Dave LaBell has joined the Times staff as event marketing manager, a new position in the marketing department. LaBell has been with the Sarasota (Fla.) Herald-Tribune since 1997.

Kyle Williams has been named creative manager in the marketing department. For the past six years Williams has led his own agency, LKW Advertising & Design.
