'Standard-Examiner' to Run DSI/WebCirc Software

By: E&P Staff The Standard-Examiner in Ogden, Utah, will install the DSI/WebCirc software from Data Sciences Inc., Laurel, Md.

WebCirc provides secure, functional access to DSI's Circulation business system using a Web browser and provides security for functions ranging from subscriber vacation stop/start or statement review to customer, carrier or district manager interactions.

Features of DSI/WebCirc's subscriber portal include the ability to enter new subscriber starts, review account history and a recent bill, submit vacation requests and NIE donations, report delivery issues and enter payments using a variety of methods including credit/debit cards, bank drafts and Easy Pay. The portal also has retail locator maps to help customers find a single-copy outlet.

DSI/WebCirc's carrier/dealer portal enables account and draw history review, recent bill display, returns and draw changes submission and delivery list display, mapping and printing.
