The state's largest newspaper is nearing a deal to move its headquarters to the state's second-tallest building.
There's no signed lease, letter of intent or even a handshake to report yet, but several sources tell me that the Star Tribune Co. is negotiating with ASB Capital Management, the owners of Capella Tower, on a deal to move to the skyscraper with a halo on top at 225 South Sixth St.
