By: E&P Staff The Star Tribune, which said it was going to start charging for access to some of its online Vikings pro football coverage, has officially set a price.
Those who sign on for
Access Vikings get additional coverage such as locker room chats with beat reporters after games, insight and analysis from Star Tribune columnists and photo galleries. The fee is $5.95 for three months, or $19.95 for a 12-month subscription.
This is not unfamiliar territory for the Star Tribune. Seven years ago, the paper made its first attempt at charging for online Vikings coverage.
