Steve Reed Named Editor of Two Wisc. Papers

By: E&P Staff Steve Reed has been named editor of the Herald Times Reporter and Lakeshore Chronicle in Manitowoc, Wisc. He most recently was a news team leader at the St. Paul (Minn.) Pioneer Press.

Reed, 56, served as managing editor of the Juneau (Ala.) Empire for three years, and was the Dallas bureau chief of the Houston Chronicle from 1987-95.
