Suit Against Timberjay Publishers Dismissed

A lawsuit filed against the publishers of the weekly Timberjay newspaper by a part-owner of the paper has been dismissed in State District Court.

In an 11-page ruling filed Thursday, Judge James Florey in Virginia dismissed the case filed against Marshall Helmberger and Jodi Summit Helmberger.
