Sun-Times News Group Expands Auto Section

By: E&P Staff The Sun-Times News Group has expanded its SearchChicago-Autos section from once a week to every day, Monday through Friday for the group's eight dailies. STNG's 51 paid weeklies will run the section on Thursday.

SearchChicago-Autos was first launched in February as a replacement to existing auto sections. The new section features auto columnists, a Q&A on autos, and places to get the cheapest gas in the city.

"SearchChicago-Autos continues to be the Chicago area's best source of auto coverage and listings," Cyrus F. Freidheim Jr., CEO of Sun-Times Media Group, said in a statement. "Our intent has been to build the strongest and most valued marketplace in print and on the Internet."

SearchChicago-Autos also has an online counterpart, http://www.searchchicago.com/autos .
