Sun-Times’ Parent Company Sells Suburban Newspapers to Tribune

Sun-Times Media’s parent company, Wrapports LLC, has sold its 32 suburban weeklies and six daily newspapers to Tribune Publishing Company.

The deal was announced Friday.
