Telnaes To Talk In South Carolina

By: Dave Astor Cartoonist Ann Telnaes will discuss topics such as her criticism of the Bush administration and the Patriot Act at the College of Charleston in South Carolina this Tuesday.

Telnaes is a Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist syndicated by Tribune Media Services. She also does cartoons for the Women's eNews Web site, and for the "Six Chix" comic distributed by King Features Syndicate.

Her talk is scheduled to start 7 p.m. at Recital Hall in the college's Simons Center. Afterward, Telnaes will sign copies of her recently published "Humor's Edge" collection.
