Tensor Appoints Swiss Sales Agent

Aiming to promote worldwide brand and product recognition, Tensor Group Inc., Woodridge, Ill., has appointed a new European sales agency, Louis Cerutti AG, where Sabina Cerutti will cover web press markets in Switzerland.

Bern-based Louis Cerutti, which has serviced the graphic arts industry for more than 50 years, also represents such other vendors as AirTec, Gammerler and Grafikontrol.

Tensor Group has installed a considerable number of highly automated web press lines at newspapers and other printers in Europe, including Turkey and Scandinavia.

Cerutti's appointment follows the recent sales representation agreement between Tensor Group and manroland, which covers a number of other global territories.

Anticipating renewed demand for automated singlewide presses, Tensor Marketing Manager Karin Arlt said, "Extending our marketing and sales efforts now with highly active agencies prepares us for the market rebound.
