Terry Horne Appointed Publisher of Mesa, Ariz. 'East Valley Tribune'

Terry Horne has been appointed publisher of the East Valley Tribune in Mesa, Ariz. In addition, he was named chief executive officer of the Tribune, the Scottsdale (Ariz.) Tribune, and other metro Phoenix publications owned by Freedom Communications. Previously, Horne served as vice president of community newspapers for The Arizona Republic. He succeeds Karen Wittmer, who is retiring.
