By: E&P Staff Texas Rangers have joined Waco police and sheriff's deputies from two Texas counties in the search for the managing editor of the Bosque County News who has been missing since Wednesday evening.
LaDawn Garland, 42, was last heard from about 7 p.m. Wednesday when she called her husband on her cell phone and said she was at a Best Buy store in Waco, Ken Sury reported Friday in the Waco Tribune-Herald.
Authorities say there's no indication Garland disappeared on purpose.
Garland, who has been managing editor of the paper for nine years, was last seen driving a white, extended cab Dodge pickup, the Tribune-Herald reported.
