The Daily News Finally Returns to Downtown Headquarters

The Daily News staff finally moved back into their headquarters at 4 New York Plaza today, a little over a year after Hurricane Sandy forced them out of their downtown offices.

It’s been a long, transitory year. After the storm hit and flooded the South Street Seaport-adjacent space, the staff first had to work from the paper’s printing factory in Jersey City.
