The Guardian Publisher Gives His 700 Newspaper Staff a Pre-Christmas Bonus

Ray Tindle, the newspaper publisher who likes to reward his staff, is to pay a "chairman's bonus" to his company's 700 staff ahead of Christmas.

 At the top level, full-time employees will get £400 each. The minimum payable will be £150, and part-timers will benefit on pro-rata basis.
