The Huffington Post, Nine Years On

On Friday, March 7, Peter Goodman was writing an email to Arianna Huffington during the last hour of his last day as her employee, when a team of workmen showed up at his office on the fifth floor of The Huffington Post's 770 Broadway headquarters.  

Goodman, a high-ranking newsroom lieutenant who'd joined The Huffington Post in 2010 after two-decades at The Washington Post and The New York Times, was about to begin a new job as editor-in-chief of The International Business Times, an online publication that shares a parent company with Newsweek.
