The New York Times has announced two additions to its video department.

Andrew Glazer

Andrew Glazer will work on The Times’ high-profile international, news and feature stories. He was most recently a senior producer on the team that launched VICE News. While working at VICE, Glazer produced long-form international and investigative video reports. He’s currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.

Malachy Browne

Malachy Browne will be part of the breaking news and off-platform initiatives for The Times. Before joining The Times, Malachy was managing editor at the start-up Reported.ly. Prior to Reported.ly, Malachy was news editor at Storyful. He recently co-founded Right to Know, an Irish organization campaigning for access to public information.
