 It was the night of January 22. Kyiv Post editor Christopher J. Miller was out on the Maidan, Kiev’s main square and its center of protest. As he interviewed a bystander, a bullet ricocheted off a building and struck the man in the chin. The man was lucky and wasn’t seriously injured.
