THESTREET.com CASHES OUT OF FOX

(The Hollywood Reporter) TheStreet.com hit the road Wednesday, canceling its year-old
show with Fox News Channel due to what it called 'breach of contract and disparagement
of the company and its brand' by Fox.

But Fox shot back that TheStreet.com had no contractual right to cancel the program and
was expected to keep taping.

Cathy Fettell, chief planning officer and executive vice president of TheStreet.com, a
Web-based financial news and commentary provider, cited an April 26 article in the New
York Daily News business section as the source of the disparaging comments.

In the article, an unidentified Fox spokesman criticized hedge fund manager and
TheStreet.com co-founder Jim Cramer for failing to disclose his ownership position in
TheStreet.com after Cramer called his company's stock a good buy. The article also said
that while Fox was happy with the 'TheStreet.com' show overall, 'it might try to replace
Cramer as a panelist.'
