Tim Coles has been named circulation director for Salinas Newspapers Inc. in California. Coles has worked in circulation for newspapers in Salt Lake City, Provo, Utah, Peru, Ind., and Canton, Ohio. He replaces Dawn Woodruff, who left the newspaper to become circulation executive for the El Paso (Texas) Times.
