'Topeka (Kan.) Capital-Journal' Appoints Executive Sports Editor

By: E&P Staff Kurt Caywood has been named executive sports editor of The Topeka (Kan.) Capital-Journal.

This is the second time Caywood will lead the Capital-Journal?s sports department; he was first named sports editor in 1999, and became daily sports columnist in 2003.

In addition to the duties of his new capacity, he remains the newspaper's lead sports columnist.
