By: E&P Staff Digital Technology International in Springville, Utah, will supply Quebec-based Transcontinental Media Newspaper Group with an enterprisewide DTI Circulation solution. The group already runs DTI Circulation at two of its 11 newspaper sites. Transcontinental Media has 10 dailies and 25 weeklies in the Atlantic provinces and Saskatchewan.
The largest publisher of community newspapers in eastern Canada, Transcontinental Media is Canada's fourth-largest print media group and leading consumer magazine publisher. It has been a DTI Advertising customer since 2002.
"From mass to highly personalized marketing, Transcontinental Media offers its clients integrated solutions which include a continent-leading direct marketing offering, a diverse digital platform and a door-to-door advertising material distribution network," Alicia Serra, IT director, evolution and maintenance of business applications, Transcontinental Media Newspaper Group, said in a statement. "DTI Circulation will provide us the ability to standardize procedures and processes across the company."
