TMS and UCLICK have teamed up to create an all-new ?Jumble Classic? for the iPhone and iPod Touch. This release marks the first official ?Jumble? game ever developed on this mobile platform, and it takes full advantage of the high-res touch screen, drag-and-drop feature, tap and zoom functions, and the accelerometer.
While ?Jumble? has entertained millions with its simple mechanics and brain-teasing anagrams, now with the iPhone players across the globe can compete against one another, and check out live online rankings. Players who beat the clock can have their personal best times ranked among the ?Movers and Shakers.?
"Jumble is a perfect word-game application for the iPhone because it takes advantage of so many of the iPhone?s capabilities," said Stephen Tippie, TMS' VP of Licensing and New Market Development. ?Teaming with UClick on the game development ensured that we'd get a challenging new spin on an interactive version of Jumble.?
Features include double tap and drag-and-drop controls, along with an accelerometer ?shaking? feature that can be used to return lettered tiles to their starting position.
