By: E&P Staff USA Today has launched three new online communities devoted to fantasy football, college football, and pets.

Both football-related Web sites launched Tuesday. One, "Fantasy Joe," will feature fantasy football news and advice. "Once the [NFL] season starts, Fantasy Joe will guide community members to the best matchups and waiver pickups, and provide ample opportunities to ask questions about teams' specific needs," according to a statement from USA Today.

The other, "Campus Rivalry," will be devoted to covering the upcoming college football season, and will feature frequent contributions from USA Today reporters Kelly Whiteside, Steve Wieberg and Jack Carey, among others.

"Paw Print Post" was launched Aug. 13, and will feature content from USA Today's Sharon Peters. "The community will also offer members a chance to share stories, photos and observations: from the cutest pet pictures, to stories about celebrities? pets to the latest news, including diet, veterinary medicine and rescues," according to the paper.

Visitors to all three forums will have the ability to comment on posts, send messages to authors and members and create their own blogs and forums.

"Fantasy Joe," "Campus Rivalry," and "Paw Print Post" join other USA Today online communities, including "The Oval," covering the Obama administration; "Today in the Skies," featuring news about air travel, and "Game Hunters," devoted to video games.
