'USA Today' Runs Full-Page Ad Seeking Info on Carrier's Murder

By: USA Today is running a full-page ad today seeking information about the death of a woman delivering newspapers in Raleigh.

Twenty-two-year-old Jenna Nielsen was found dead behind a convenience store near the State Farmers Market more than a week ago.

Nielsen was the mother of two and eight months pregnant and had been working as a carrier for USA Today to earn extra money.

No one has been charged in her death, and police continue to investigate.

Nielsen was buried over the weekend in Salt Lake City, Utah.

[A Raleigh police officer found her body around 5 a.m. on June 14. She was likely killed between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. when the store was closed, investigators said. She apparently was stabbed in the neck. Her family has set up a Web site, www.justice4jenna.org.]
