'USA TODAY' SELLS SUBS WITH COMMISSION JUNCTION

USA Today has partnered with Commission Junction, a
marketing service provider, to help increase subscriptions using
pay-for-performance advertising.

The marketing effort offers USA Today banner ads and text
links to the Commission Junction network of publisher sites. The
Santa Barbara, Calif.-based company will manage relationships,
track progress, and handle commissions for the Gannett flagship
daily.

The Commission Junction network includes sites such as eBay,
Excite@Home, Capital One, Ask Jeeves, and eUniverse.
