USAToday.com Launches Game Sections

By: Mike Shields (Mediaweek) Hoping to tap into the growing mainstream interest in video games, USAToday.com is launching two new gaming-related sections.

The first section, Gaming, will feature game-focused editorial, including reviews, rankings and industry news. Meanwhile, the site's new Arcade section will provide a variety of casual games for users to download, such as puzzles, word games and sports games.

The games will be free during a brief trial period, then available for purchase.
